Taking an individualized approach to therapeutic community living, Sovereign Journey is designed to inspire young women to discover their personal independence. By reinforcing their discovery of self, Sovereign Journey helps them to achieve balance and opens new pathways to opportunity.

Led by Dr. Karen Fitzhugh, a therapeutic industry expert with over 25 years of clinical experience, Sovereign Journey celebrates the personal path of each individual and offers guidance to young women struggling to find their own direction to independence.

The Sovereign Journey mission is to motivate, create and demonstrate to our clients, staff and the greater community, the making of positive change in the human condition. This will be accomplished through the integration of creative arts and therapeutic programming that focuses on psychological, emotional and spiritual growth.
